It was impossible to tell that the ring had been made 2 sizes larger. My wife’s wedding ring was also repaired with the same care attention to detail. It gave us great assurance knowing that the diamond was again properly mounted and was ready for the next 30 years of use. Some specifics:- They created a new sapphire ring using some stones from an old setting. Beautiful work.- They created a necklace for our daughter using a diamond from my Mom's wedding ring. Beautiful work.- General jewelry repairs. Done well, but I can't comment on the cost, which seemed reasonable at the time.- Old pocket watch repair. Done well by their now retired watchmaker. However, I didn't appreciate being lectured by him about proper watch maintenance. He could have explained himself in a far more diplomatic manner.- Recently took a couple of watches in for battery replacement. Done promptly. Unfortunately, I had the experience of working with an older guy whose customer skills need work. He was civil, but hardly courteous and wasn't friendly at all. I'm not that fussy, but I was definitely put off. My wife noticed his manner, too. I would have given them five stars if not for this.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was accommodating and followed safety protocols. There are so many unique treasures to find and so reasonably/fair priced for the beautiful quality. The owner was engaging, knowledgeable and kind and the woman assisting was wonderful as well. This is the perfect boutique for Milwaukee, as it reflects the vintage/Southwestern/hipster style of Walker’s Point and it should be a destination for residents and tourists alike.

Christopher Chamness: We had taken my wife's wedding set somewhere else to be resized, and they all but destroyed it. It was a custom made ring and we were afraid that it was unsalvageable. We brought it into Paul's, and they were not only able to salvage it, but completely fix all the damage that was done to it. While we were trying to figure out what could be done with it, they even brought out some toys to help keep my young children entertained while we talked. I strongly recommend them. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and do fantastic work.
