Healium Hot Yoga: what do users think?

Codi Alger: Wasn’t sure what to expect when I started. But I have a neck issue and I wanted to try yoga as a final resort before recommended surgery. I started with a beginner pack trial run and was hooked immediately. I enjoy all the instructors and the timing of classes are great and inclusive. The studio is welcoming and is a great fit for beginners and yogis alike. Huge shout out to Sarah for her killer “sound tracks” she makes for each session! It’s so cool and really makes it fun!

Wendy Meyer: I am new to this studio but absolutely feel I have found home. The studio smells amazing, has beautiful plants all over and best of all - the instructors are all uniquely awesome! I’m so excited to have found this studio!!! The other regulars have been very nice as well. Would give 10 stars if I could! 😊

John Chirillo: I love the new West Allis location, Robyn is the best!

Charlie Dixon: Exceptional flows

S Berg: I especially loved the class for all bodies - as someone who has both knees replaced, I really appreciated going to a class that offered alternative poses for those of us that aren't thin and not needing accommodations!

Emily Anderson: Consistently great and doing great things for the community. I've been on an off for the last several years. This is a great studio for all levels of practice. Everyone working here is fantastic and friendly. If you are a first timer, returning to your practice, or looking for a new space - this is the place. Check out their website for all their services and locations!

Emily Liefke: If you're looking to feel calmer, stronger and to make your day 100% more magical, then you should take a class at Healium. The instructors are kind, motivating, and extremely helpful...Plus, they have playlists packed with musical gems, jams and bangers to add a delightful mixture of top-notch tunes to your class. You'll leave glowing like a rainbow while feeling refreshed, restored and resplendent! So, if you fancy, sign up for a class sometime you beautiful and magical dew drop.

Ryan Cronwell: yoga. Just wish they had locker rooms and a shower.

Emily Mason: Best yoga studio in Bay View. Something for all levels - both online and in person options. Great teachers and community.

Tanya Murphy: I have been going to Healium Hot Yoga for about 4 years now. It was the second yoga studio in Milwaukee that I tried, and the search was over. The variety of classes offered is wonderful....both hot yoga and non-heated, beginner classes and power yoga, various interesting guest workshops, and even yoga retreats are offered. I love going there because I can always find what I need...whether that's needing to get a good sweat on and challenge myself, or just stretching things out and being more relaxed. And the community that Robyn has created at Healium is fantastic....I have made several friends there who are truly wonderful beings in my life!

Malisia Hopkins: Love the new digs, haven't been to Healium since the move last year = very pleased ,new space is awesome, parking is a major bonus, love, love, love it💖💖💖

Lola Zapata: Classes and instructors are great!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Urban Om Yoga: what do users think?

julie eisenberg: Urban Om is a very well-run, high quality yoga studio on Milwaukee’s east side. It stands apart from most of the area’s studios because the focus is on philosophy and improving your practice, rather than hot yoga “workouts”. The teachers are all very experienced and skilled, and there’s a great mix of in-person and online classes. After shopping around at a lot of different studios in the area, I very happily settled on Urban Om as my yoga home.

Megan Panther: Everything I wrote a few years ago still applies. Great classes, excellent teachers, creative workshops, amazing people. Just the best.I've never before loved a yoga studo enough to "become a monthly member" before I came to urban om. After nearly a year of repeated drop in classes, I decided it was high time to join and I never once regretted it. In fact, when I recently took a break from my yoga to train for a Half Ironman, all I could think about for the last half of my training was how excited I was to get back "hOMe" to the urban om "tribe"

Katie Vater: I've been a regular at Urban Om since 2015 and there is a reason I keep coming back. The space is welcoming and friendly, the instructors are knowledgable and compassionate, and the community can't be beat. I am also so pleased with the variety of classes that allow me to both challenge my body when that's what I want but also to indulge in restorative practice when that's what I'm craving.

Alexandria Zielinski: I love Urban Om! The teachers are so kind, welcoming, and accepting. They offer a variety of classes. I always feel wonderful after class. I am so glad I became a member! ❤️

Jennifer Grasse: This is my very favorite yoga studio. Such a beautiful space with a wonderful line-up of experienced instructors. A great community atmosphere. Love it!!!

Ruth Lunz: I am so grateful to have found Urban Om! I have been to many studios in the area but the fun and challenging classes at this one captured me from the beginning! The instructors, studio spaces, and community are all beautiful and welcoming. It's a joyful place to practice. Come join us!

Baobi Noel: The studios are beautiful, the teachers are knowledgeable, and the music is always entertaining. Great place for a challenging vinyasa flow.

Stacey Dent: I've moved around quite a bit and have been to so many yoga studios and am so happy that I found Urban Om! I love the creativity of the instructors and it's great to be a part of the wonderful community that has grown around the studio. Urban Om is welcoming to all and offers a variety of classes, from classes for beginners to more challenging flows.

Taylor Patton: I was a yoga nomad for most of the ten years I've lived in Milwaukee—until now. Urban Om has something for everyone, whether you want to practice your handstand or maybe you want to challenge yourself mentally and physically with a yin class. The teachers are all incredible, both professionally and individually. They make you want to be the best version of yourself that you can that day.The studio aesthetics are super inviting. Clean, trendy and simple. There's also a place to store my mat so I don't have to carry it back and forth with me.If you're looking for a new yoga hOMe, look no further. Find your tribe, love them hard.

Anna Welton: and the evening Yin classes. Highly recommend to anyone from a novice yogi to advanced practitioners!

Kailey P: My favorite Eastside studio 3It’s clear the staff puts a lot of thought and care into crafting class sequences. Especially Kelsey, the owner, who obviously puts a ton of effort into making the studio a welcoming space offering workshops and fun studio events.Classes are offered throughout the day which is great for someone like me who has such an irregular schedule.I’d also like to note, respectfully, because I understand some people thoroughly enjoy hot yoga, but it’s just really not my jive so I’m extremely grateful to find a studio that doesn’t adhere to that yoga trend. 🙏🏼

arrowsx10: This yoga studio has changed my life. I come almost every day and I have never been disappointed. The teachers are wonderful and offer modifications to the more challenging postures. No matter if you’re a beginner or have been practicing a long time, you’ll fit right in to this community of accepting and encouraging yogis.

Blythe Davis: Urban Om is a gem in the Milwaukee area. I've been to a lot of yoga studios in Milwaukee and this one feels the least cliquey. The teachers and students alike treat eachother with respect. Something else I love about Urban Om is that the sequences within the yoga classes change frequently and each teacher is fully allowed to express their teaching style. I feel like Urban Om is a natural leader for yoga studios in Milwaukee and I love being part of this community.

Cori Moran: Great space, teachers and energy! So grateful!

John David Miller: I visited this studio while in town on business. They had everything available for a wonderful experience. I enjoyed the “workshop” feel of Rebecca’s class. Thank you! JD

Jessie Corroo: Urban Om is my yoga home. I've been practicing here regularly for about a year. My favorite instructors teach here and I believe they're the best in the Milwaukee area. I love that each teacher has a unique, distinct style and the classes are challenging in different ways. Whenever I try a new class or a new instructor at UO, I'm completely satisfied. The more I practice here, the more I'm able to be present and enjoy life. You really have to come see for yourself!

Natalie Torres: I joined the Urban Om tribe almost two years ago and it is truly a special studio.I'm challenged with advanced vinyasa classes or nourished with yin and restorative options too. I love the opportunity to work my arm balances and handstands at the work shops. The community of Urban Om has a special place in my heart. Blessed to be exploring my yoga practice with these talented instructors and fellow yogis.Find your tribe, love them hard.

Yama Yoga: what do users think?

Syrah M: . It seems like there must be an elevator available if needed, but I didn’t see it. The metalwork sculptures in the building are very cool to look at as well. Overall great experience!

Brad Brown: Friendly, welcoming staff and atmosphere.

Soren Chapman-Aldridge: . Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

David Nelsen: Love this studio. Instructors are very good and the space is so open and inviting. Did my first Yin class with Cassie. What a challenge and a delight at the same time.

Kashoua Yang: Great, first experience

Cassie Newlin: I did my 200 hour teacher training here and I'm so glad I did! Marietta and Laura were awesome instructors. We really got a great education, learning pose breakdowns, sequencing, and then everything from Kirtan to essential oils and Ayurveda. We got a lot of practice teaching before graduating as well. I really felt ready to teach even before graduating. It was really a neat experience. As part of teacher training, we also got unlimited memberships to the studio, allowing us to learn from the myriad of amazing instructors on staff. There was a mentoring part of the teacher training and I chose Jason from Yama as my mentor. He is incredibly meticulous in his attention to detail in alignment.I now teach here as well, and run my own massage practice out of the treatment room in Yama. Yama has given so much to me and I am incredibly grateful.I love this studio ❤️Highly, highly recommend this studio to any student of Yoga, and I definitely recommend the teacher training to anyone who is thinking of becoming a Yoga Teacher!

Blake Spurgin: Informed Teachers, Two nice spaces, and a good mix of classes for any experience level. I highly recommend Yama.

Morgan Herum: Yama Yoga has been the studio I have been practicing at for five years. This studio is a peaceful, nourishing sanctuary amongst the hustle bustle of the city. The teachers are all passionate and the students all dedicated in a way that makes you feel like you're returning home every time you show up for your practice. There are various styles so there is something for everyone! Here is a resource to discover the whole of yoga, not just the stretches or physical poses.

Michael Ford: .

Rachelle Alioto: My husband has been going to Yama for 6 years and I for 1 1/2 years. The instructors are knowledgeable and personable. Classes are tailored to meet individual needs and levels. As a newbie, I appreciated the individual attention - ensuring I was dong poses correctly and in a benefial manner. I love the opening and closing reminders, quotes, and readings. I often refer back to them/ponder them between sessions. They are always relevant and timely.

Bridget Feerick: is an amazing individual who has created a beautiful and comfortable space for all to practice yoga. Five stars does not do justice as a testimony on how wonderful Yama Yoga really is.

Sarah Moore: Yama is a wonderful asset to our community, wonderful teachers and workshops. I loved the teachers training with Marietta and Tammy, both have so much to offer both about the physical side of yoga and the deeper philosophies and then they brought in great guest teachers too. Thanks Yama Yoga!

N P E: Best studio in Milwaukee

crystal andrews: best studio in milwaukee! diverse classes to fit all audiences, levels and needs.if you want to take your yoga to the next level - check out the 200-hour teacher training program with marietta and tammy: two beautiful souls who balance each other perfectly and provide not only a yoga certification but a 10 month life-changing journey.

The Heart Revival Center for Yoga: what do users think?

Bryanna VanCaster: The heart revival center is hands down the best yoga studio I have ever been to. They are so much more than your average workout focused, get in and get out yoga studio. The heart revival center is a community of people who offer spiritual support, guidance, encouragement, meditation practice, Buddhist teaching, breath centering practices in addition to a wide variety of yoga classes. They not only give back to communities here and abroad but also teach what it means to be a good citizen. I truly feel a sense belonging here.

Dave VanSweden: It was nice. I felt very welcome and comfortable.

Lindsay Rush: You feel the calm and inclusion the moment you walk in. I did a noon class with Jody and she was wonderful. I felt relaxed yet worked up some good internal heat! I highly recommend!

Tom Gatewood: I can't say enough good things about this team and the group of people who attend. I feel so lucky to have discovered this place.

KMC: A welcoming & healing space. Meg's guidance & light throughout the class is empowering & restorative. Thank you!

Sarah Wonder: Really love the light feeling the studio offers. Have gone to a couple workshops and have really enjoyed them!

Tanya Murphy: Meg's new yoga and meditation center is an oasis....a place to put aside the tasks of the day for just a bit, and have some time to take care of you; with warm conversation, a nice cup of tea, and a yoga/meditation practice that is traditional, accessible, authentic, and meaningful. I love spending time there in community with others, and especially with our fearless yoga and meditation teacher, Meg. She has created something truly unique and wonderful.

Christine Lemon: Meg's Heart Revival brings joy, awareness, support and kindness to each person who enters whether for yoga or meditation. For me, the Heart Revival has been a place of exploring who I am in the world and inside myself. Meg's guidance has allowed me to give myself a break and realize that I do not have to be all things at all times for everyone. Life has it's ups and downs, and it is wonderful to know that there is a space of warmth and compassion that Meg has created over these past few years to explore more deeply my relationship to all things. A sense of community and belonging are what you will find in this space. I'm so proud of Meg and her fellow teachers; what an exciting place to just 'be'.

Becky Aten: If you're here reading this review, whatever led you here, it's for a reason. One's path doesn't cross with Meg's by chance. My experience with The Heart Revival started in 2018 on Meg's retreats and in the Awakened Heart Sangha, the community meditation circle she leads. At the time I had pretty intense anxiety, and my therapist encouraged me to practice mindfulness meditation as a way to find healing. It seemed to be working, so decided to delve a little deeper and see what a whole weekend of practicing meditation and yoga would be like. I signed up for a retreat even though I was a super-beginner, and I was feeling seriously insecure about that.Retreats are pretty dang amazing! They're designed for everyone to feel comfortable at any level of experience with yoga and meditation. What makes them truly special, though, is Meg's gift for creating and holding safe and supportive space for people to be vulnerable, feel loved, get curious, and share honestly with one another. Her teaching style is humorously relatable, conversational, and welcoming, but just as much of what I've learned has been from fellow community members, encouraged to share their stories under Meg's guidance. Her leadership is so refreshing because she's subtly wise but she's also in touch, in reach, and totally human.Living in this world can be exhausting, but I love this community, where everyone belongs and it's safe to be real. I get to be in the presence of so many beautifully flawed human beings who genuinely show interest in one another. Every time I show up, I learn something! I don't think it matters what you're looking for; if you were led to The Heart Revival, there's something here for you.

Stephanie Overman: I’ve been lucky enough to have a chance to practice in this space...and I absolutely adore it. Natural sunlight peaks through and the quaint home of The Heart Revival has such lovely energy surrounding it. It sits across from the lake and right next to the woods....a true getaway within the city.

Katrina Valente: I started my yoga and meditation journey years ago, but it wasn’t until I met Meg that I felt really connected through community. I took her yoga classes, continuing to feel a sense of acceptance and belonging, and then she started The Heart Revival. I have been on two of The Heart Revival’s retreats in the last year, and they have truly impacted my life in a permanent way. Meg brings those of us together who are longing for a place to belong, share, and feel accepted and seen. I’ve met the most incredible people, as well as having left each retreat with a newfound perspective and love for myself. I am truly grateful for having met Meg, and suggest anyone who is considering joining The Heart Revival community to take a class, attend a community meditation, or attend a retreat!

Marissa Meddaugh: Let’s be honest, life gets hard. The Heart Revival and Meg herself, have held me with acceptance, guiding me to support myself, unconditionally. Practicing in Meg’s Yoga classes gives me a space to reconnect with myself and explore my body. And the best part, her beautiful singing and chanting during some of her classes. ❤️ I’m new to meditation last year, and the community that is The Heart Revival, brings support to my journey. Her meditation retreat “Befriending the ache” is a place that I got to meet incredible women who gathered together to explore, learn, connect and heal together. I can’t say enough how impactful The Heart Revival has been, and will be for our community and life itself! I highly recommend you experience it for yourself.

Danielle Foss: I am so excited for Meg to have her own center for yoga and meditation right in Milwaukee. I appreciate her traditional style of yoga and meditation along with her encouragement to be creative and curious about myself and my practice. Her retreats have been incredible experiences for me over the last year. She puts thought and effort into creating a comfortable space that has made it easy for me to explore and share deep parts of myself and to appreciate others on that level. I am forever grateful for her guidance and motivation to build my own sense of spirituality based on my experience. I am looking forward to connecting and growing with community in her new space!

Maggy Olson: The Heart Revival has brought me so much joy, love and clarity. The joy of playing or building a social mediation practice with new friends. The love of self that Meg promotes with grace. The clarity of mission to heal yourself to heal the world. The restorative yoga helps my body recuperate from long runs, motherhood and daily stress of urban life. The practice of mediation is difficult for me but Meg reminds me that there is not perfection just practice.I am so thankful to have Meg and the Heart Revival in my life. It has changed my outlook and supported me through difficult times.

Meggie Graham: I was fortunate enough to go on a heart revival retreat I wish I was a life-changing event for me. Subtly the retreat and Meg’s guidance has helped me shift my perspective and has helped me develop a personal mindfulness practice. That practice continues to shape not only my outlook, but has given me the gift of space respond rather than react to situations. It also has helped me experience events in my life that previously I would have mindlessly blown past.

Inner Light Yoga Studios: what do users think?

Élysse: My 2nd grade daughter and I have both enjoyed yoga workshop series at Inner Light. We both experience anxiety and find that regular yoga practice can help.

Kelly Hoglund: FANTASTIC yoga studio! Wonderful people and great supportive atmosphere. Wish I could give them even MORE stars!!

Brooke Zacher: Inner light yoga studios has a welcoming and warm environment with fantastic yoga teachers who care about their students as if they are family.

Anne Heid: I've been practicing yoga here for 4 years. The studio is very welcoming to all styles of yoga. Whether you're a beginner, crave a Yin or Restorative practice, or like to heat it up with a level 2-3 class, there is something here for everyone. Very clean and tastefully designed yoga rooms, and the instructors are highly knowledgeable.

Christine Jacobi: . I particularly like that the punch card does not lock you into a specific class, at a specific time for a predetermined number of weeks. Some of the level 1 classes are so therapeutic that people with significant injuries can participate. Even within the level 1 class, the instructors give directions that allow people with varied levels of flexibility and fitness to make accommodations to enhance their individual practice. Tina is my instructor, but I have enjoyed participating in classes with other instructors as well.

Tristan Boswell: I have zip, zilch, zero yoga experience. I also had an extremely stressful Monday. I want to Haleybird Studios for my first yoga class after work today...and LOVED it! The mood was set with incense, the staff was extremely attentive, the room was packed with students, everyone was really friendly, and I left feeling centered and happy. Stressed out moms or people with a crazy/stressful life style...you have to try this!

Milwaukee Power Yoga: what do users think?

Sam Atwood: I was in town for the Marathon this past weekend and realized my Airbnb was two doors down from the studio. Stumbled upon their listing of free hot yoga classes on Saturday and my crazy brain thought…Why not?🤷‍♂️ Despite competing a marathon just a couple hours before. Well I must say the instructor student did a fantastic job and help get a kickstart on my marathon recovery😳 Great staff and good energy from the class too! On my next trip to Milwaukee I will definitely be hitting up another session here!!!

Peg Gonzales-Charles: What a great way to start the weekend. Fri 9:30 hot yoga class. Love ❤️ Kat's class. From the poses to her directions and variations for the beginner to the more experienced. I'm ready to conquer the day.

Courtnie Korpela: I absolutely love the classes and instructors! It's exactly what my post lockdown life needed.

Jenni Hart: I did a drop in because the time worked with my schedule and I’m glad I did! Great studio and very relaxed friendly vibe.

Claire Schumacher: I've been to a few yoga studios in the Milwaukee area and Milwaukee Power Yoga is my absolute favorite! The instructors are so creative and knowledgeable. I especially love going to Sarah's class because it's challenging and fun, but she is so encouraging and lighthearted!

Kayla Potter: Love the classes here. There's a wide variety of times that fit my schedule. All the instructors are awesome and super helpful! Make sure to bring a towel because you will sweat 😝 and arrive a little early to look for parking which can be a challenge in this area depending on the time you go.

Ashley S: I have been to yoga studios all over the country and nothing beats this place as a hot yoga studio. If you’re looking for a yoga class that gives you a challenge, good flow, with amazing instructors and well managed studio- this is your place.

Paul Engelberger: Great studio with wonderful teachers. Highly recommend.

JENNIFER Yager: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityVery accommodating, instructors are very clear on poses and sequence flow, super professional yet extremely warm hearted. Clean, etc🙏🏼

Kirsten Korolenko: Love this hot yoga studio! When I lived in Milwaukee I was so pleased when I found this studio. They have wonderful instructors, great upbeat music and vibe, and I always felt comfortable and safe during COVID times when they opened back up. If you are looking for a fabulous hot yoga studio, give them a try! Highly recommend!

Shelbie Sullivan: I’ve been going here for almost two years, I really feel like it’s a second home. I’ve come to be close with some teachers and feel my practice has really been able to grow so much! I appreciate everything they have done to make the space Covid conscious. Wearing the masks in class is not nearly as odd as you may think. Every class is different and you learn to add in different teachers each week based off what you and your body are looking for at that time.

David Gray: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityBest yoga community in Mke! Literally every instructor is phenomenal, I’ve yet to not enjoy a class

Katrina Marie: I practiced here like 6 months. It's a clean studio, the yoga is really good. The schedule is good and has options for any time. My only complaint is it's only power yoga but that's the name so I can't really take off a star. Also really no hands on adjustments are offered. But overall a good studio and the intro special is a good deal.

Keva Whitehorse: Jackie's class was so great today! Challenging and very chill at the same time...my favorite!!

Tosa Yoga Center: what do users think?

Kelly Kluth: I have been attending Tosa Yoga since I moved her from Chicago 6 years ago. The teachers are so knowledgeable, and I always leave feeling reset and at peace. I moved about 45 minutes away 2 years ago. I have struggled to find a studio that makes me feel the same way Tosa Yoga does. Any time I get a day off I try to come out for a class! I would highly recommend trying out a class!

Rachel Burdick: has such a welcoming vibe and her entire team is so friendly and knowledgeable!Yoga has helped me mentally and physically go through my breast cancer diagnosis and all of my surgeries and recovery. My strength, mobility, as well as my confidence have all improved!!For anyone newly diagnosed or recovering from breast cancer surgeries or treatment, I recommend giving yoga a try; I’m so glad I have Tosa Yoga and I always leave feeling uplifted and energized 🧘‍♀️ ❤️‍

Mac Goertz: Tosa Toga is a true gem. This beautiful studio space has a good offering of class times and experience level variability. Melanie and other instructors are welcoming and affirming, with an eye on nurturing an inclusive community. I came to yoga to treat my chronic pain, I've stayed for the mindfulness, grounding, and intergenerational connections that accompany.

James Durawa: Very chill and accepting space. Teachers are highly motivated and knowledgable. Love being part of the community here during uncertain times with everything that has been happening in our often times chaotic world. This is completely relaxing and we all go at our own pace! Find peace, strength, and leave your ego at the door.

shana blackman: Tosa Yoga is such a welcoming place. All of the staff are awesome! As a beginner, I never feel intimidated during classes and feel great after.

David Koslowski: , her voice practiced and rhythmic, soothing but energized creating a safe space to drop into. The class ends and it provided good things. Generate heat, awareness, a good flow; you feel squozed out and good, and people talk afterward instead of all hustling out the door in a flurry. And THEY seem engaging too. Is Tosa Yoga actually putting good out into the world?? It's probably illegal in 15 states, but they're doing it anyway! This, my fellow yogis, is Tosa Yoga. I drove an hour again a few days later just to take a second class and see if it was a fluke. Narrator: it wasn't.Sure, I'm *really* jaded from subpar teaching in Upstate NY, but I've also learned from some truly amazing teachers elsewhere. You at least owe it to yourself to take a few classes at Tosa and see how it feels, and if you're experienced she can offer plenty too. Wouldn't mind seeing a more advanced or in-depth class

Dave Overzet: This is a very welcoming studio with a variety of classes that you can take. I’ve had a very pleasant experience here.

Laura Becker: I love coming to Tosa Yoga! The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Melanie and her amazing staff all greet you by name when you arrive and continue to check in throughout the class. There are a variety of classes and workshops to choose from. I appreciate the inclusive and culturally responsive nature of Tosa Yoga. 3

Katherine Etta: I just LOVE going to Tosa Yoga Center! Melanie and the rest of the team are very welcoming and radiate positive energy. The studio is comfortable and clean. Being newer to Wauwatosa, I've been hopping from local studio to studio to find my yoga "home" and have to say that I truly learn the most while I'm at Tosa Yoga! Poses are cued well and with detail. Variations are consistently offered. Highly recommend checking out this gem of a studio! 🌿

Melissa Rhoades: Incredibly welcoming experience! Love this studio, the teachers, and the community of students.

Joseph Frederick: A welcoming place with a staff of teachers that know what they are doing. Been going here for years and i never feel I am not continuing to grow. Highest recommendation

Jessica Michaud: I am been going to Tosa Yoga for 10 years now, and not only are the classes wonderful and accommodate all levels, but the people are gems. It’s a wonderful environment to practice yoga in.

Elisabeth Kelly: Beautiful studio with lots of kind, friendly instructors and staff. The classes are relaxing and challenging at the same time. Highly recommend this place!

Norman Brooks: The best place to go if you want personalized yoga. You are never just a person there. Melonie and the whole staff are there and fully supportive of your journey

Nancy Luedke: A wonderful community and a cozy, sun-filled spot to do yoga. This place is a staple in the East Tosa community for good reason. Knowledgeable instructors guide you through classes with ease and make everyone feel welcome, no matter your skill level.

Audra Walker: I have loved every class that I have taken here. What a beautiful space. Welcoming staff and restorative practice every time.

Kevin Williams: I love this place! The studio is beautiful, the instructors are kind and talented. Each class has a cohesive flow as you work towards a peak pose. A welcoming place for all levels. It feels like my yoga home.

INVIVO: what do users think?

Natasha Posey: Excellent physical therapy session! The best in town!!

Tim Nelson: Paula and Maurice are fantastic! I feel like the assessment and treatment was the best I've gotten across several therapists. Lovely location as well.

renee lafleur: John is AMAZING! It is always an incredibly healing and restorative experience!

Rosemaries Balistreri: Emily and Maurice are doing a great job in getting me fit and strong!Really enjoy working with them!Highly recommend Invivo

Terry Suzanne: Maurice is a spectacular physical therapist. He has restored my faith in physical therapy after several negative experiences with other PTs.

Sally Merrell: I received good PT from Paula. Her yoga background was very helpful as she educated me about my neck and lower back issues and how to continue my yoga practice

Kari Wellhausen: I was in pain. I had limited mobility and ability. When I left, I felt 75% better and had a plan to get back to 100%. Maurice did a thorough and complete job!

Danny Tyksinski: As a companion to physical therapy with Maurice and Paula for a running injury, I scheduled a sports/deep tissue massage with Karen. As with every Invivo experience, I felt so cared for and impressed by Karen’s expertise. Thank you so much Karen and the rest of the Invivo staff! Seriously so grateful for this place!

Kristi Davis: I have been a physical therapy patient at InVivo for various back issues for over a year now and I couldn't be more satisfied. I not only get immediate relief from treatments, but long lasting relief because of the customized exercises prescribed for me. The entire staff is friendly and the place is very pleasant.Recently I began working with Robert, a physical trainer. He did an assessment of my physical condition and, as a result, gave me a specific set of exercises to do designed to increase my strength and balance. He is so good at answering all of my questions, and as he demonstrates the exercises I video him while he also explains what he is doing. Then, I workout at home. This saves me a lot of time. I return about every six weeks to two months for a reassessment. Although I've always exercised, Robert has shown me so many things I didn't know that keep me feeling great!

Haje Black: Maurice and Emily are excellent therapists!

Annabella Bautista: A really cool facility. My massage was exactly what I needed and helpful. Will definitely check out the other options they have available.

Kimberly Casey: I was extremely impressed about the services I received at Invivo Wellness. The clinic was very clean , quiet and therapeutic all of the tools needed for self care. My examination was conducted by Dr. Hecker. Dr. Hecker was very professional and informative and had visual information to assist you with understanding how our psychological stressors can have a impact on areas of our body that causes discomfort and pain. I look forward to my next exam. Thank you Dr. Hecker and Welcome....

Emily: We have been members at Hot Yoga Milwaukee for over a year, and we really enjoy it. After studio hopping for half a year, we tried the new student intro special at Hot Yoga and decided to stay. Good instructors, nice facility, and an excellent variety of classes. One of our favorite things about the studio is the class time options; they make it easier fit a class a day into a busy schedule with offerings throughout the day, 7 days a week.

3M13s: Very clean and hygienic facility. Instructors are very knowledgeable in their craft and yogis are quite friendly. Would definitely recommend trying out their 50$ trial for 30 days
