ELVIRA ROCKWELL: Let's just start with the art and the layout, a visual feast, especially with the blacklight art and the wraparound layout of the restaurant. I always wander because I'm a firm believer in the old saying the devil is in detail, and u should always watch for the tail. I really liked the back bar not in use because the artwork on that wall reminded me of aboriginal art. The food was superb. I had a garlic pizza with bacon. Omg just sumptuous. The thin crust had the perfect amount of crunch and tasted so good. Along with it, I had a dark beer and a cocktail. Both were amazing. Lastly, I had the limoncello and flour less chocolate cake, and both of the witch was magically decadent and so worth it. I was downing milk along the way because born wisconsinite and nothing compliments dark chocolate like milk. The service was fast, and the waiters were perfect and funny.

Sandi Landowski: The pizza was delicious! The daughter and I shared a Proof special pizza and the antipasta salad. There is so much flavor and very decently priced. They are accessible. However, seating is very difficult and very limited. The restaurant is a walk-up, first come, first served counter service, but you can place an order with the wait staff in the small dining area. The dining area is more of a lounge for St. Kate's hotel. A few very small tables were occupied, and couches with small, short coffee tables. We ate with our plates on our laps. They had live music which was nice, but it was very loud with the people trying to talk over the music. We were here on Friday around 5:00 pm.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp located outside the entrance to Proof pizza. There are also ramps inside the dining/lounge area to access the various levels. It was difficult for my daughter to eat her meal on her lap.
Aastha Chandra: listen i know this is a nicer version of blaze pizza but this was legit the best pizza we've both ever had. we built our own and added ricotta in addition to the regular marinara as well as truffle honey and they made a world of difference. i'm still dreaming about this pizza, honestly.they took the st kate arts hotel food credit that you can get from expedia/other travel site bookings so it was free for us. will so be back next time i'm in milwaukee

Got nice welcome by the staff and an explanation of the food options, and the process. Ordered a couple of small pizzas. Waited for about 20 mins and the pager/buzzer went off.Both pizzas were fresh, hot and flavorful. However, it was under cooked. Crust was good, the middle was not. Other reviews have complained about the pizza being soggy. It was horrible, but could have been better. I would try again and ask that it be done more.Took the pizzas to the bar area and got to listen to an amazing jazz/pop ensemble. Overall, it was a good experience.

John Reddersen: Everything was really good, except the arancini, which was just OK. The rice was overcooked to the point that it tasted pretty much like fried breaded cheese. All the pizzas, including the gluten free one were delicious. The gluten free pasta carbonara a friend got was amazing. I would never have guessed it was gluten free. They also have a great Amaro selection for after dinner and the espresso was also very good.Dietary restrictions: The gluten free carbonara, garlic pizza, and chocolate cake were delicious and this is from someone who doesn't need to eat gluten free trying them from a friend who does.

Dale Baker: Ate here tonight for the first time with my son and daughter and it was an amazing experience from the moment we walked in the door. We were greeted immediately by a hostess, and as we were being seated one of the two owners walked over to greet us and shook our hands as well. Our server, Tom, was amazing. Very engaging, explained the specials in detail down to the ingredients used to make each plate and answered our questions about other dishes and made recommendations to us. He was beyond friendly, worked very efficiently around us and visited our table at least 5 times during our dinner experience. The food….5 Stars on each item we ordered and we shared two desserts that were equally amazing as the food. On our way out the second owner was at the front, thanked us for coming in, asked us about our service and the food and was super friendly as we discussed their background and when they first opened up the restaurant.I will certainly be back and I will bring and recommend this place to all my family and friends.Thank you Santinos Little Italy for a wonderful experience.

Definitely an older restaurant but you will not regret eating food here.

Bradford Sledge: A thoroughly enjoyable meal before a concert downtown. You have to be comfortable with your chair touching a strangers chair, because the tables are packed in, and all the voices make for a lively, loud atmosphere. Personally I liked it. We started with a caprese salad which was very good. They served good, slightly warmed bread and butter, it comes with the meal but we requested it before the meal and they accommodated us. I had the gnocchi and meatballs which was delicious, my wife had the margarita pizza which was also tasty. Nothing was so good I would purposely travel there for, but a very solid choice if you’re in town at dinner time.
