Jeffrey Douglas: I've been staying at the Riverfront Holiday Inn for several months and I enjoy the good service and friendly staff. Angela, the hotel manager is always accommodating and helpful if I ever have concerns. I like hotel living and this is the place to be for business or recreation. The view of the Milwaukee River is superb and I would recommend this hotel for anyone planning a visit to Milwaukee. Photo included was taken by me.Rooms: Half of the hotel rooms overlook the river.

Susan Cripps: Everyone has been so nice. TaMia on the evening of 12/17/2023 was especially helpful and went above and beyond to help me. She was so kind and never once showed anything but kindness. I can’t say how much I appreciate her. The server when I had breakfast was very friendly and was the only one there, so she did wonderful. Great job by all. Andrew Ferguson: We absolutely loved having our event at The Box, and planning with Jamie Berger and Levine was such a treat! We originally had our wedding celebration planned for May of 2020, then due to covid moved to October 2020, then once again to October of 2021. They could not have been more accommodating for us moving our event 2x, during a time where their business I am sure was taking a hit due to the pandemic. Both Jamie’s were always incredibly responsive and accommodating to whatever we needed during the whole process.When it came the day of, they came in even a bit earlier than our contract time to make sure the band could setup on time. During the actual event, I don’t think it could have possibly gone smoother than it did. Our manager Katelynn had everything under control, the bartenders were great and our guests never had to wait for a drink, and when it came tear down time Katelynn had helped pack all of our decorations so we could continue to go and enjoy ourselves.Thanks again to both Jamie and Jaime for helping us have such an amazing day, and would 1000% recommend using The Box for any sort of event.
Cathy Fischer: We hosted our daughter's wedding ceremony at The Box this past weekend. Working with Jamie Berger was an absolute joy. She was so accommodating, had great insight for setup and was so helpful with decisions at Rehearsal and a major player on Wedding Day. Jamie has a warm personality mixed with humor that chased all my anxiety away. We had a wedding party of 16 in addition to the Bride and Groom and had seating for 170 at the Ceremony and the venue was plenty spacious. I would highly recommend The Box for an event and couldn't be more pleased with our experience.
Cindy Cooper: Can’t rave enough about having my daughter’s wedding at The Box last weekend! I worked with Jamie Berger so I knew I was in good hands. I can’t even imagine all the work that went into getting the space ready. All I know is that when we walked in I knew my daughter’s vision had come to life. Jamie nailed the ambience. The staff that night was excellent —- very quick to remove any dirty dishes or glasses. All seemed very friendly and dressed well. The bartenders were particularly fun. For me, it was a great experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend The Box!
Twaneka Greer: The Box Mke was the venue I used for my Grandma’s 90th Diamond Birthday Party and everything was amazing!! The venue is beautiful with the Cream City Brick wall and massive square footage. I worked with Jaime Levine. She was very attentive to all of the details for my Grandma’s special day. I appreciated her and Autumn’s assistance. I highly recommend this venue… as you won’t be disappointed!
Sam Boyle: Where do I begin? First of all, Jaime and her staff were very friendly and willing to work with us with everything going on with the pandemic. They were gracious enough to let us postpone our party until the following year which allowed us to get our whole family to the party. Leading up to the party, they helped us with everything we could think of along the way. From planning to catering to working with the band that we hired. My wife and I couldn't be happier with how everything went, and everyone that attended said they loved the venue. Highly recommend!
Amarii Hall: The Box is an absolute gem in the city of Milwaukee. Not only is it in the heart of downtown, but it also is the perfect venue for your next event. I love the versatility this space has and there is so much room for creativity. Being in contact with the owners and coordinators of the space has truly been an eventful experience and I would highly recommend getting to know them. My event was pushed back one day because of the Bucks finals and they were more than understanding, they were flexible. If you're looking for a space to have your event with a perfect set up and a welcoming environment, this is the place for you. 10/10, would recommend.
Mary DeMerit: emails and accommodated us in so many ways, to ensure that I didn't have to stress about related to our reception in any way that day. With this being a whole new experience for me, she made sure I had everything I needed and took care of everything behind the scenes. The bartenders for the venue were great, friendly and all-around fun people! Our guests loved the ambiance the venue provided and we received so many compliments about space. I would recommend The Box in a heartbeat. It’s been crazy trying to plan a wedding during the pandemic but despite that, they were always responsive, kept us informed all city guidelines, and were flexible with the process to make sure we felt safe and also that we ultimately enjoyed our special day. Would highly recommend. Can’t wait to throw future parties at the box and this pandemic to end!

Ken Dombrowski: It's a great place to live, had the pleasure of living here for a year and the South facing view has a beautiful view of downtown and the lake. Fireworks in the summer go great with the balcony view. Can't hear any neighbors, John and Amber are great as with the building tech. The building is very clean and exiting the front lobby in the morning you can get coffee and they always play some great music to get your day started on a positive note.
C S: If I ever have any maintenance concerns, I just have to fill out a form online and it's taken care of in a couple hours! I had a lightbulb changed a few days ago, it was replaced in a couple hours & working BETTER than I found it in! The Murphy bed being included in my studio is a huge plus, too. PLENTY of space for storage.For Wifi, you have a couple options to choose from. I chose SNIP/Zentro
Ruijiao Yuan: Urbanite is my first home in Milwaukee, and I can't like it more! It has a great location, you can walk to tons of coffee shops, restaurants and bars within 10 minutes. Wholefoods market is only a few blocks away. The management team is amazing! John and Amber always do their best to help me with what I need. I can tell how much they care about making people feel comfortable living here. The maintenance requests are always completed on the same day. There's nothing I would complain about living here. Highly recommend!

The staff is really helpful, the residents are friendly and the apartment is lovely and has a very nice view. The location is on one of the best neighbourhoods of the city so that certainly adds as well!
Mae Irvin: Although I’ve only lived here for six months, I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience with Urbanite. The staff is wonderful - Amber and John go out of their way to make us feel at home! They remember the smallest details of our conversations to show that they are genuinely listening, and they check in with us whenever they get the chance. They’re diligent, thoughtful, and so easy to communicate with. Nick, the maintenance tech, is the best maintenance tech I’ve ever had. We had a minor issue with our dishwasher, and within an hour of submitting our maintenance request, Nick had come and fixed it! He helps keep Urbanite at its best and his work is greatly appreciated.The common spaces are not only stunning, but well-maintained and clean. And the amenities can’t be beat! There’s a real sense of community here, and with monthly resident programming, it’s a great apartment to consider for people new to the city. It is evident that management truly cares about its residents. I am so glad I chose Urbanite as my home!

Liza Devine: I have lived at Urbanite for almost three years now and have had a great experience. I can't say enough positive things about the staff - specifically John Lucey and Amber Budd. They are both so welcoming and friendly whenever my dog and I stop for a visit in the office. They are extremely responsive and over communicate happenings, issues, etc in the building. John even brought up my packages and walked my dog when my walker was unavailable and I was home with a new baby. They go above and beyond here and I would highly recommend Urbanite to anyone considering moving in.
Aaron Kobza: My time at Urbanite unfortunately has come to an end after 18 months because of a new job opportunity, but I highly recommend the building to anyone looking for a modern unit on the East side of Milwaukee. Urbanite is perfect for dog owners because of the location, but even more so the openness of the staff to all breeds.I had a situation where my dog caused a fire in my unit while I was away and the staff, in particular my favorite Property Manager Amber Budd, acted swiftly to save my dog from smoke inhalation. If you value an attentive staff that values their tenants Urbanite is the place for you!
Brooke Butcher: I relocated from California to Milwaukee for work a few months ago and chose to rent at Urbanite. The building is conveniently located and is in a very walkable neighborhood, which I love. The staff has also been extremely helpful and responsive in getting moved in. They even took up some of the boxes I shipped ahead of my arrival! Other tenants I’ve met are super friendly and my little doggo is loving meeting so many new friends. South and east facing apartments have insane views of fireworks and the air show. I have been very impressed so far and am loving my view!
Cathy Callaway: I am so thrilled with my apartment in the Urbanite and the building and the staff! I have had no issues but do check in from time to time with John and his colleagues, and they would do anything in their power for any resident. They go above and beyond what is needed. The views are spectacular. I am writing this in the common room which is lovely. I also love that the building is pet friendly. The interactions I have had with pets and their owners have been so positive. All the residents I have met are helpful and friendly. I looked at many different places but knew this was the place for me when I stepped in the lobby.

Carson Stoller: I have been living at Urbanite for just about a year now and I have enjoyed every bit of it! The staff are amazing, the building is always clean, and the maintenance team does an amazing job! Coming home to Urbanite always gives me a welcoming and refreshed feeling! The peace and quiet from the concrete structure truly is sound proof and I never hear my neighbors! Cleaning staff comes through weekly to ensure the building and any common spaces remain up to par, and the maintenance team is very quick with response time! Urbanite also offers some great amenities… some I throughly enjoy using are the community room/terrace fireplace and the guest suite for when my loved ones come to visit! I am glad to call Urbanite home and can’t wait for what the next year has in store here!

Kristin Dallman: . There is a basketball court that is not insulated very well, and it is open 24/7. You can hear the basketballs and shuffling while you are trying to sleep.

Brandon Pinion: I lived here for 6 months Nov2021-May2022 and waited to give a review until I felt I could give a fair one. I left just because the walls are a little to thin for me and the rent was being raised higher than I believed it was worth due to that. So, the rent probably wouldn't have been an issue but that coupled with thin walls sealed the deal for me. I can take loud naighbors. But how thin the walls are amplifies all noise they make just living thier best life. If you're the kind of person who doesn't like to hear your neighbors just having a conversation and living their day to day life, it will be difficult for you to live here. However, I loved the community and amenities! Hannah, Robert and Julia were amazing! During my stay I do wish the fire alarm didn't set off across the entire building as often as it did. But other than that have no real complaints about my stay there. Also, if you have an issue of any sort, Julia is ready to fight people for you! I'm serious . Hannah is always very fair and grounded, and I like that because she ensures you're put first in so many ways. Robert has really become one of my favorite people in the 3L community.
Lynda Xuri: i lived here for one year and loved it. i moved here because i had a friend that lived here and i always loved visiting. while i first want to acknowledge that i can agree with many other reviews, i also know that the new management is working extremely hard to take care of these issues! the buckler lost a wonderful front desk concierge; shoutout to jackie! but with the new management, the buckler is slowly going back to the way it was when i first moved here. i'm really here to defend the buckler and new management! the buckler is a wonderful establishment, can't say the same for some of my neighbors.i think people need to understand that finding dependable employees for cleaning, trash, maintenance, etc., is just as tough as any staffing issues out there! people simply don't want to work anymore. everything cannot always be perfect. also a lot of the issues that i see in other reviews, are based on the fact that you live in an apartment with hundreds of other people. buy a house if you can't handle apartment living :

I never had any major maintenance issues but everyone on staff is responsive and helpful. The location and amenities make this building a great place to live. I would definitely continue living here if I wasn't leaving town.

YoSoy: and so new things were still being implemented.I did like the decor, amenities, gym access as well as the lovely staff, however there were a couple things that I hope will get better over time.Thin walls, you can literally hear your neighbor " Yessir! " And cheer everytime their team scored. We lived on the second floor bright above the basket ball court and... That was definitely something to get used to. The court closes at 9 or 10 but the Tennant's play in there past the closing time. It's a battle. Also, I noticed during the last 4 month of us being at the Buckler, when you walk in the building and you get a strong waft of the garbage area. All in all we love the company, feel extremely secure using the butterfly app for our guests, again the staff, they are attentive and communicate frequently through email! That's awesome, lastly, WE CAN PAY RENT FROM OUR APP!Thanks guys!

Monday's Coffee: And the pillows probably haven't been replaced in years. They aren't soft or firm. They are flat and mushy.The wifi is almost non existent. Connectivity is rough. Services in the hotel are solid. I.e gyms/laundry/breakfast.The location gets 3 stars because of its relative location to decent food, bars, markets and even music venues. But it stops there, during the night, its not a place you'd want to walk around solo.Parking is horrendous.

Rosemary Notz: The place is gorgeous. A very cool historical mansion to stay in, truly. Laura Sue's breakfast was aaabsolutely amazing.Occasionally we did feel a bit hovered over and child-like with the way that we were corrected for every little move we made that was not correct. I found myself feeling a bit nervous around the hostess because of this. But I guess that's my own problem? It was also a little odd that the accomodations booklet in the room said something to the affect of "need bottled water? No problem! Just ask." And then when I asked Rick, I was told "I'll have to charge you for it." Okay then, nevermind hahah. Maybe add "no problem! For a fee of __ we can offer you some." The wording was misleading for sure.We left with a beautiful tea cup that we purchased from the little store in the mansion, which made me super happy. Overall it was a good experience.Walkability: Able to walk the quick 15 minutes to our venue.Food & drinks: Breakfast was exquisite.
Courtney Francois: I took my mom for High Tea on her Bornday. They gave her a crown. You pick out the tea cup you would like to drink out of. We had 7 teas to try and an assortment of finger food. You will definitely need a real meal afterwards.Great experience and ambience! We shopped the store before we left and I got her the tea she liked the most as a to go gift. I would do this again. The owners were great! Very elegant. Great experience!!
Robert Cummings: This place is what service is all about. When we were checking in they asked what type of car and color. I told them I had a Kia. Right away Laura Sue got up and fetched a steering wheel lock. She then told me that Kia's are notoriously easy to steal and she did not want our weekend to be interrupted or distressed.She asked us when we wanted to eat breakfast and offered 4 different options for our cooked to order breakfast. She also asked us if we wanted coffee to tea delivered to our room in the morning.And the place is an amazing old mansion with incredibly high ceilings. They have the rounded corners where the ceiling meets the wall. And it is all painted. Just like a museum piece.Do yourself a favor and pick the deluxe service and you will not be disappointed.
Patricia Tarleton: We really loved our stay at the mansion! Laura Sue and Rick were so welcoming. They did an amazing job making us feel welcome in their home. They were so friendly, it felt like we were staying with family, in the very best way. The breakfasts were delicious, our favorite was the strata with the French toast. It was super cozy to have tea and coffee in our room first thing in the morning. We loved having a sitting room to hang out in. There are so many little touches that were beautiful and most pieces had some kind of historic value as well. It was fun to walk around the mansion and see all the lovely little touches Laura Sue has put in each area. You can tell that this has been a labor of love for the Mosiers. We wish them well in all their future endeavors!Rooms: The rooms are all beautiful and unique! We enjoyed seeing all the different decor and historic pieces through out the mansion.Nearby activities: The third Ward is just a few miles away. There are many opportunities for shopping, dining, and site seeing! We enjoyed the 3rd Ward Market, the River Walk, the Public Library, the Milwaukee Domes, and the beautiful architecture.Walkability: We walked down to the 3rd Ward every day we were there. There are sidewalks the entire way. It was a pleasant walk although maybe a little long for some people.

We decided to check out the Schuster Mansion Bed & Breakfast and it was one of the best decision we ever made!Owners, Rick and Laura Sue, were incredibly kind and accommodating! They went out of their way with no hesitation to arrange for last minute additional stays, as well as a very early morning phone call when we desperately needed to come back due to complications related to the move.The entire experience was very memorable — from the Victorian themed rooms and living areas, exceptional breakfast meals that we were served, and enjoyable conversations with the owners about the history of the mansion, among other topics.The mansion is also very close to downtown Milwaukee and to where we moved. Charlotte McDonald: took my girlfriend to this lovely bread and breakfast. the owners were very personable and took great care of us during our stay. our stay took place in the pais suite, it was luxurious and romantic for just 2 people. the breakfast came with 4 different options for a main course which i thought was very nice. and a bunch of juice options. overall our stay was great, especially just for a night. i definitely would recommend staying here if you are looking for a weekend getaway. also great for concert/sports game goers since it's 10 minutes from the Fiserv Forum!

Emily: , very limited view considering it was a "lake view" room, a very small bathroom, and thin walls where we could hear neighbors talking at night. We found the room hot but the thermostat would not let us lower the setting any further. There was one mirror in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, clean, and room service was outstanding and better than expected.One elevator was out of service for a day or two but was fixed before we left. Our guest card didn't let us out of the parking ramp. The help button didn't work, and when we called the front desk no one answered. We had to physically get out of the car and walk to the front desk to have them give new cards to exit the ramp. Luckily no one was waiting behind us in the ramp.Luggage racks were unavailable unless you pay/tip the concierge/bell hop service to bring the bags for you. They won't let you use one if you ask.The pool was clean. I wish it had more jets to filter the water. There was no hot tub. The pool towels were very nice.The fitness center had a good amount of weights and equipment but looked dirty like it needed to be vacuumed and wiped down. It was in the basement.Club access was nice and staff were very friendly. I loved the fresh cut fruit at breakfast. I wish pancakes or waffles had been included.Club daytime snacks included gummy bears, snack mix, chips, m+m's, Kind/Clif bars, pop, and other beverages. Too much junk for the kids. I think apples and oranges were also available.Club evening hors derves weren't that great and they looked inexpensive- chunks of stinky cheese with flatbread sesame crackers, wontons, baked pierogis, an honor bar and macrons every night.We witnessed a staff with long blond hair come into the Club room from the Blu bar, grab tips, and then return back to the Blu bar room.The Mason Street Grille was very expensive and not kid friendly. The service was slow and the food was not great.

Rose Haveri: We booked three rooms recently for a family gathering to see a Brewers game. The customer service we experienced was outstanding. The manager was so welcoming and every staff member went above and beyond. They have a fancy coffee machine in the lobby, real plates and silverware in the continental breakfast, and a shuttle bus that provided curb side service. The hospitality shown to us was amazing. And the price was very family friendly.Nearby activities: Free shuttle bus to see the Brewers!
Katherine Wood: Noteworthy details: The check-in person and the manager worked together to solve a small check-in glitch. If I could give them a rate of 10, I would. They were informed, gracious, and served us with sincerity and a great sense of humor. I could not be more pleased with our stay. Our room was clean and I loved that they have a water bottle filling station, so I didn't have to purchase plastic bottles. The restaurant in the basement was handy and tasty.
Terri Tucker: We have only been to Milwaukee once for a college tour. We was planning a trip back 1.5yrs later and was looking for a good hotel moving our son into his college dorm. We picked this hotel bc of the amenities and the how close it was to the college. This hotel has exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay. Anytime they saw us we were greeted and asked if there is anything they can do for us. The hotel was also very clean. The breakfast had a wide variety of hot breakfast items that you don’t see at other hotels like chorizos and corn beef hash. The workout room had top of the line equipment. Didn’t get to use the pool this time but planning on using it the next time we are there. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was beautiful, with nice amenities, high ceilings, a ceiling fan, a TV that was at least 55 inches, a desk, a small couch, and two chairs.I found it absolutely pleasant, and I would not hesitate to stay there again. Yukeun Jeon: has high ceiling and the herring bone wooden floor. The location is the icing on the cupcake. I wished I could have stayed longer in this hotel and Milwaukee. The only complaint we has was the pull out bed was super uncomfortable. You could almost see /feel the spring through the sheets. Other than that I definately recommend this hotel.
Jerad Tonn: The building is beautiful and they do a nice job of telling it's history throughout the hotel. Rooms were spacious and nice and the continental breakfast was better than most I've had. The only bad experience was that all the bottles of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in my shower we empty. I notified the front desk the first morning, and it was not corrected, so the two mornings I spent there I had to shower with only the bar of hand soap. Not great, but also wouldn't stop me from going back.

Recently had our apt painted, two tone colors look great and new carpet - thank you Antonio for arranging that. Your contractors were real pros - full repaint in a day and carpet in a few hours. Thanks MaryLynn for showing color choices. The concierge staff is always friendly, knows our names & apt# - Linda, Donald, and a younger woman whose name I am still learning to spell. An obervation - the parking garage - bins appear neater and the path seems to be swept on a regular basis. Intessar - thanks to you and the wonderful staff. We love it here.

From the move in, to the maintenence, to the parking, they do a great job.Tessa and Mary Lynn were instrumental in making me welcome and at home. Mary Lynn gave me my initial tour, and she was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable about the property and amenities. She and Tessa are lovely. Tessa is the property manager and is always stepping up wherever she can.Linda and Kent are some of the nicest people you'll ever encounter, which is why they are usually the first people you see when you walk in! They make you feel like you're home, while also maintaining a level of professionalism and courteousness that is hard to come by these days.I don't run into Antonio and Ka every day, but when I do, they always bring a smile to my face. They're the best around, and they're always talking to residents, getting to know them, and make sure to give you a compliment before you part ways.5 stars, 10/10, and whatever else perfect ratings I could give.
Bradley Kittinger: What can I say, this building is awesome! We have lived in many apartments over the years in different areas of downtown and this by far is one of the best. When we first came here last year, we were interested in a certain floor plan. Talking with the building manager Intessar, she showed us a unit that we hadn't even considered and I'm glad she did because that is the one we went with. All the staff from Kent and Mary Lynn who have an open door policy in the office to Antonio and his awesome maintenance team to Linda and the whole Concierge team are extremely professional, friendly and excel in customer satisfaction.The views are phenomenal and everything from grocery to restaurants to bars are all walking distance away and there are so many choices. We love this place so much, we just signed another 15 month lease and definitely recommend it.

The property is well-maintained and Mandel has invested in several major property upgrades since I’ve been here. Access to the lakefront parks and the Oak Leaf Trail are literally just outside the door. I highly recommend taking a tour if you are looking for a new place to call home!

Jayne and Robin: Stitchweld is a great place to live. It is close to great Bay View restaurants and an easy car or bus ride to downtown. And, yet, it feels like a neighborhood. This is due in large part to great staff. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome with planned events or just pleasant conversation. The buildings and grounds are well maintained, and any tenant requests seem to be fulfilled within hours not days. We've been here for 3 years and the quality of our experience continues to increase.
Robin Timm: My wife and I moved to Stitchweld in 2021. We are delighted with our transition back to city living. Cora and Ricky make us feel like family. We even get to dirty our fingers in the raised bed gardens. When trouble arises, Jake is quick to respond and does a great job. All of the staff are welcoming and friendly. We are always talking up Stitchweld to friends and family.
Evan Stoler: Jake and Jacob Stitchweld maintenance dream team delivers tenfold on their promises and do it all with a smile. There is winning the lottery and then there is knowing Jake and Jacob are on your side.
Jen A: Good job by the maintenance staff for the exchange of the Dryer. Our Only problem was the clean up couldn't have been better. Lint balls and a some mud was noticed on the floor.

Shelby Paradowski: I have lived in this apartment complex for almost a year. It is safe to say that Management exceeds expectations beyond any apartment I have ever lived in. Specifically, Cora is fantastic. She is always extremely kind and helpful. I am moving out of Milwaukee, and so upset that I will not be renewing my lease here, because it was such a positive experience! Cora gave me a parting away gift since my move out day is coming up soon. I have never felt so cared for by any Building Management in my life!
Joshua Moore: everyone there is very friendly and easy to talk to. They’ve always welcomed me with smiles and ask how things are going, they’re always ready to answer questions and their maintenance team does a fantastic job with keeping the place cleaned and they’re timely as well. The community is great, quiet and peaceful, it’s a great space to live in. Stitchweld team is the best!

Liz Ford: We have been so pleased living at The Stitchweld. The leasing staff is extremely kind, helpful and caring. The maintenance team is absolutely exceptional - so quick, friendly and efficient. I truly love the location, the walkability, the nearby bars & restaurants and the fitness center. The beautiful community garden was a recent find of mine this past summer. My husband and I enjoyed the gorgeous wildflowers, as well as utilized the herbs in fresh, flavorful dishes. We are so grateful to have found The Stitchweld!
Katrina Willer: Living at Stichweld has been one of the best decisions I have ever made! I really needed an apartment that allowed a cat and a dog! I love the dog park and the fitness center! The staff here is amazing! Maintenance always gets any work requests done asap, thank you Jake! Cora, Ricky, Emma, and Trent are so abundantly helpful! After my initial tour in the summer of 2021 , I knew in my gut that the place was special! True professionals! The community events and the sincere connection I get with the staff and neighbors sets this space apart!
Connor Braun: Stitchweld is by far the best community I’ve ever lived in. The staff is top notch and friendly. Very dog friendly community. Great people living at Stitchweld. Can’t beat all of the amenities - gym to dog wash/park to DIY shop. Highly recommend living here!

Andrea A: requests, and always has a smile on his face.The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the dog park, which is such an amazing amenity, is not kept up well. It's not maintained regularly and the dogs are now walking on gravel instead of mulch.I look forward to Weidner making an investment in this property to restore it to its full beauty. Or even better, give us our beloved Donnie back and he’ll whip this place right back into shape!! :
Jordan Fourshee: This apartment building is extremely nice! The dog park, dog washing station, and courtyard are my favorite amenities. There’s even a full sized gym and community rooms that can be rented out and used for parties and gatherings. My husband and I really love the location, it’s close to downtown Milwaukee but it’s not directly in the cityscape. Great place for young couples or a young family, or even a person who likes the quite but close proximity to the city. Not to mention our apartment is very spacious and has brand NEW appliances! With 2 large dogs having a large apartment is a must! Definitely recommend living here!!

Meshu Negga: I recently moved out of V&V due to work, but would easily live here again. It's close to most everything you need being in the downtown area and I never had any safety concerns. The building is quiet, clean and the structure is modern / up-to-date. The staff has been unbelievable since day 1; Maisey, Destiny, Lylonnie & the maintenance staff. They've been great in their communication and are always professional. They're very warm and welcoming no matter the situation. I'd recommend anyone looking to live in the area to check it out.

Brandon Michek: I have been living at Vim and Vigor for nearly a year now, and I have enjoyed it tremendously! The building is always clean and the amenities are great. The parking garage is safe and secure, as well as you're within walking distance of downtown Milwaukee, Fiserv Forum, and tons of great bars/restaurants.The management team is also the best I've ever experienced! They are extremely friendly and helpful, and always quick to respond with any questions or concerns you may have. They truly care about their residents and want to make sure you enjoy living here. Along with the awesome management, the maintenance staff is also very responsive and quick to help.I can't recommend this apartment building enough!
Lani: I lived with Vim and Vigor for a total of 2 years and my experience has been nothing short of great! The location is very convenient and the finishes/features of the apartment are beautiful. I love having guest over and listen to them compliment not only my unit but also the amenities in the building! Not to mention the staff is very hands on and professional, and the maintenance team is like no other. Super quick and very good at what they do. If you are someone who appreciates a good team, clean building, and awesome location then this is the place for you.
Sydney Shaffer: I have officially lived in Vim and Vigor for three years, and I cannot say enough good things about the apartment, the management, and the maintenance team. The apartments are beautiful, and as someone who moved to three different apartments in three years, I can attest that they are all updated and amazing. The management team is also the best I've ever experienced, not only did they work to find me a new apartment every year for the last three years, but I interact with them on a weekly basis and they are such kind people and so incredibly helpful. The director Maisey is such a gem, she is always there to help when I need it, and I love stopping to talk! Lastly, the maintenance team is also incredible. They are extremely responsive and quick to help. I dropped my keys down the elevator shaft this year and they were able to retrieve them in a few days time no problem, even though it was a hassle. Overall, Vim and Vigor is a wonderful place to live with wonderful people running it, so if you want to live in an updated apartment with friendly and responsive management look no further.
Suzie Blum: We came in town to visit our son. The building was so welcoming with a gathering area in front lobby and on the roof. His apartment is so open with tall ceilings and a sharp modern look. We enjoyed the walking distance to dinner and shopping. What a beautiful place to live.

V+V are great to work with, very organized, and provide us with the necessary information and documents promptly - they are very organized. From my view, they run a great apartment community, value their tenants and employees and take our advice to heart and implement it when needed, so as to manage an even better community.
