Jim McGuigan: Businesses will appreciate their selection and the service. While they do take walk ins, you should know what you want when going in. Their specialty is business to business. So if you know that you need a heavy gauge mop or a case of shop towels they’re great. If you’re unsure of what you want and need some DIY advice, you may want to go to a DIY store instead of where professionals shop. They have a nice selection of Milwaukee tools as well as a full catalog which is available either online or in paper form. Fortunately for me they knew exactly what I needed. But then, I run a business.
J Senior: These guys are very helpful. I had limited knowledge on the part I needed but they were experts in getting me exactly what I needed right away with a little F.Y.I. so that I could get the job done! I highly recommend anyone to go to this store. Sometimes when you are a young black male in a mostly white store, the associates are apprehensive to even ask if you need help. Its not about race to be clear, but I challenge anyone to say they have never experience a poor shopping experience and atmosphere because of it. This experience was different. In and out in minutes and welcome back anytime. I appreciate these guys for their time and effort. Thanks.

Sarandos Klikizos: . I thought about returning it but decided it would be of more value to me to figure out how to fix it myself. In any case, their more expensive tools are often just as good as the most reputable name brands and in some cases better. The whole "buy once cry once" thing is great in theory, but name brands fail too, so if it's not backed by a warranty and good customer service you're SOL anyway. If you're just starting out / learning with tools, it's better in my experience to get the cheapest

They're known for being able to offer pro advice and find the parts and that nobody else can find.

Yet they found it for us and were very quick to open the cabinet and help us again when we weren't sure what we were picking out. You may pay a couple more dollars than Amazon here but you get what you pay for and great service goes a long way when you want it quick and some expertise along with it.

Well, I’m glad he did because I was helped by a very kind sales associate, Susie, who was very knowledgeable. She looked at the pictures I had of the hinge and was able to identify it and then found a replacement in their back storage room. The storage room looked enormous so I am sure they would have many older and outdated hardware pieces for those people that are looking to exchange and not replace older hardware. Their store was clean and they had a very large selection of contemporary designs as well for contractors and people building or renovating their homes. So, I actually bought two sets of these hinges in case I would need one in the future. The price was on point

Received terrific help in getting a mower that met my needs and within a price point I could afford. The help and assistance was outstanding.
