Cassie Cosgrove: My fiancé and I took father/daughter and mother/son dance lessons here. We did two 40 minutes lessons back to back and time flew by. I wasn’t sure what to expect but we had a ton of fun. Our instructors Natalie and Sodo were phenomenal. They went at our pace, taught us a few styles of dance, and then worked on applying some of that to the songs we had picked up. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for lessons for a wedding dance!

I was traveling to Brazil for my friends wedding and thought I'd learn to Samba in a couple months to prepare. What I found was an energetic and supportive community of like-minded individuals. Positive, supportive, and understanding. And that's just the other students. The instructors are even better. You will not regret your time here. You will feel uncomfortable but you will get past it and on the other side is an unparalleled sense of confidence. And you'll look great doing it!

I would recommend going to Fred Astaire because learning the dances and routines will keep you fit and get to interact with staff that enjoy what they do and wants you to have as much fun as they do.
Kate Lorenz: Dancing at Fred Astaire of Milwaukee is more than dancing. It's like a wonderful party every time I walk through the door. Wonderful teachers and staff. Amazing fellow students who have become dear friends. And invigorating learning that is good for brain and body, all while smiling from ear to ear throughout each lesson. ejk2911: They don't really focus on technique. Just a bunch of turn patterns. At the end of the class everyone is usually doing their own thing. But it's nice that they teach a lot of dance patterns. Most places are stingy with turn patterns.

Overall welcoming atmosphere, the expertise of the instructors, and the exhilarating dance class I attended is just amazing.This place is definitely the best place for kids to learn and grow in dance art form. That was our unforgettable experience at the Milwaukee Ballet's recent rendition of Dracula.As a parent, it's a proud moment when you see your son on stage. Remi Wagner, who's part of MBII, didn't just perform—he lived through all three acts. The gleam in his eyes and the commitment in his every move were a testament to the brilliant training he has received at the Milwaukee Ballet.The choreography, masterfully designed by Michael Pink, was nothing short of magnificent. It was as if the dancers were paintbrushes, and the stage was their canvas. The fluid moves, coupled with the eerie, yet captivating storyline, made the choreography both gorgeous and creepy. It's a paradox that only a genius like Michael Pink could pull off.And can we talk about the costumes and set design? Stunning doesn't even begin to describe it. Imagine stepping into a world that's hauntingly beautiful, where every thread, every prop, and every piece of scenery builds on the story's dark allure.The orchestra, ah! They were the invisible narrators, bringing Bram Stoker's tale to life. The music was so in tune with the narrative that you could close your eyes and still feel the story progress, heightening every emotion and capturing the essence of each scene.Saving the best for last—Davit Hovhannisyan as Dracula. To say his performance was mesmerizing would be an understatement. This was Davit's final career performance, and oh, what a way to cap off an illustrious journey! His portrayal was a masterclass, capturing the torment and charisma of Dracula with sublime elegance.If I could give this performance more than five stars, I would. It was an evening that left us spellbound, drawing us into its dark, fantastical world, and releasing us back into reality only after the curtains closed. Catch it if you can, folks. It's not just a ballet; it's a storytelling masterpiece.Bravo, Milwaukee Ballet. Bravo!

David Boman: The program was the every other year choreography competition and was at the small Baumgartner Center and not at the PAC. We have been season ticket holders for over 20 years. The choreography and the dancers performance was amongst the best ever for the years we have attended the competition. Enjoyed the intimacy of the Baumgartner Center. At my being just over six feet tall the amount of leg room was inadequate combined with no arm room between seats, it was constricting. The program was on a shorter side and I was physically quite uncomfortable by the end. That being said I do look forward to more performances there, but only for shorter programs.
Ryan Landowski: My daughter who was born with Spina Bifida takes an adaptive Ballet class. She loves and adores everyone who teaches the class as well the friends she made in the past few years. 5⭐ all the way .Thank you Milwaukee Ballet for thinking about the ones who may not be able to walk ... or that aren't verbal. Thank you for making my daughter feel like everyone else even if it's for a few weeks out of the year !!!!!!!!!!

Tom Schweda: when it became very apparent it was necessary to correct my right foot alignment with major foot reconstruction surgery last April.The operation was done on April 2nd with eight weeks of no weight on the foot, followed by weeks in a walking boot.After that it was very careful limited walking with a cane .When I finally went back to see Arthur and Alexis they quickly recognized there was no way I was ready for dancing BUT NEEDED WALKING AND BALANCE LESSONS which continues today with Alexis .Things have improved to the point where I can roll my foot ,transfer my weight and learn to dance better than before the operation.I owe my my "Quality of life" to my FRED ASTAIRE Dance Professionals dedication to their profession!I wrote this for two reasons, First , TO thank Alexis and Arthur and second, For others to realize the the unknown benefits of Fred Astaire dancing.Thank you!

As a para-athlete, wheelchair ballroom dancing offers graceful movement, physicality of a truly individualized concept, and an overall sense of inclusion.It has been a blessing getting to know all the staff, and to explore the opportunities adaptive dance has to offer. Kevin Blackburn: I signed up for a couple of dance lessons to challenge myself and try something new. Over a year later, I'm so glad that I've had this wonderful experience. The dance instructors are truly top notch professionals and make learning really fun. Fellow students are always there to cheer you on. Not only do they have individual dance lessons, but they also offer group classes so that you can learn with other students. They also have Social Dance parties where you can dance with other students and instructors to practice what you've learned and learn more. I would highly recommend this for anyone.

Julia Slater Blotz: Both of our kids have danced with DDS for years, and have loved their experiences! This is an inclusive, responsibly run business with truly knowledgeable teachers. As a parent, I appreciate the focus on communication, and would recommend to anyone entering the dance world at any stage.
Nicole Meyer: Dynamite Dance is by far the most inclusive dance studio in the metro Milwaukee area. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. The owners dedicate their time educating students about the importance of acceptance, being your true self, and do not tolerate any form of bullying. I have never seen a company so dedicated to the wellbeing of all their students who take the time to promote inclusivity in the Menomonee Falls area. My mom and dad and their 3 kids and spouses all learned the east coast swing together with instructors Zack and his lovely wife Ying. It was a wonderful evening that my father described as the best birthday of his life... and at 89, that covers a lot of ground! The studio was elegant and provided a great venue for the event!
Christine Lang: Amazing studio! It's beautiful, the music choices are very good, and the dance lessons are phenomenal. They also host free group dance nights several times a week for students to come practice. The staff are sooo amazing and always very friendly. They customize how they teach you based on your learning style and interests. Very flexible schedule, too. 10/10 would recommend going here! It's a great gift for your honey and gives you an excuse to get out, exercise, have fun, and learn something new 😊

Rebekah Laurine: Miss Allie - she is so patient when working with young kids who don't seem to want to follow any kind of instructions. She lets the kids blossom at their own pace with gentle guidance. She is always pleasant to interact with as a parent.Miss Sarah - I cannot even explain how amazing she has been with my daughter this winter. She truly loves kids and working with them and it shows in all of her interactions. Even when dealt a classroom of 2 year olds with no help she rose above. I commend the whole Aspire staff in how they were able to come up with a plan to get all the kids out of their comfort zone and begin to enjoy the class over time. But Miss Sarah especially! She is amazing!

Patricia Ellis: I previously left a review with North Shore Dance Studio when my daughter first started. I am writing another review. If I could give more than 5 stars I WOULD!!! The Studio itself provides a calm and friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in. My daughter and my family were always greeted with genuine smiles. I LOVED her dance teacher, Amanda. She always spoke LIFE into my daughter. When I was worried about not following directions, Amanda always praised her for how well she did. The proof was in the pudding. The season recital was awesome! My daughter and her class performed beautifully. Other parents and students were always very kind as well.When you are a parent of color with a child of color, one of your concerns are, "Will my child be treated kindly? Will they be marginalized? Or will they be accepted?" North Shore was amazing at not only welcoming my baby , but speaking life into her and celebrating her for who she is! THANK YOU NORTH SHORE!! THANK YOU MS. AMANDA! We recently moved, so we won't be able to attend North Shore this coming season; however, it will always hold a special place in our hearts 💕.

Megan Martin: Allison has been great for voice lessons. She makes my daughter feel comfortable with stepping out of her comfort zone. She is quick to respond to emails. I definitely recommend her.
Adilene Hernandez: My daughter loves to dance and has been having so much fun going to her pre ballet classes. She gets excited when Saturdays come. Her teacher is so nice and understanding, even when my daughter has days or times that she doesn’t dance. I know she’s only 2 years old, but I love how she looks forward to class and seeing her teacher.
Jennie Fuhrman: We've been beyond happy with APA and their staff & leaders. They're both fun & professional. Garrett continues to show a sincere interest in our dancer's well being through her injury. Danielle did a BOSS job on our daughter's solo. She absolutely loves it! Chris is a hoot & did a Rockstar job on the hip hop choreography and he really connects with the kids. Communication overall is incredible. We switched from a 10 year run with another studio and we've been really, really happy.

We are so thankful for Ms. Sami and Ms. Olivia C who are always so patient with our daughter in her ballet/tap class! We also love Ms. Kyleigh and Ms. Caitlyn S who have an infectious amount of energy and spunk in our oldest's poms class! So thankful that we found a studio that has instilled a love of dance in our crew!

Jim Gibson: When our 4 year old son started with the summer sampler he was hooked on Irish dancing. Ms Chelsea and Ms Sam provide great inspiration for our son and encourage him to grow and flourish. He has now taken 1st and 2nd place in 2 different competitions and continues to thrive with Bellator. The teachers and the parents encourage all the dancers to find the ability to do their very best.
