Rose Plewa: I’ve been attending Wild Boot Camps now for 1.5 years and it’s made such a positive impact on my life both mentally and physically. This is the longest I’ve successfully stuck with an exercise routine and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. The Wild community is so supportive and I find myself motivated to be accountable to the trainers and my peers. Wild boot camps are a judgement-free zone with knowledgeable, creative trainers that focus on form and safety. We have a new workout plan every class with a good balance of strength and cardio. Each class I can decide if I want to push myself or modify the exercise to meet me where I’m at. The studio is clean and has great equipment. I am so grateful to the Wild community!

Kate O'Keefe: Wild Workouts and Wellness has helped me achieve fitness goals I would have never thought possible ten years ago. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, and can tailor small group sessions to meet a diversity of client needs and skillsets. The community and coaches alike are incredibly supportive of and encouraging to one another. Very few things can get me up and out of bed at 5am three days per week. This is the top reason I do so!

Cynthia Barnicki: Wild continues to be the best workout facility I have been a part of. The coaches know what they are doing and guide clients to do the exercises safely in a fun atmosphere. I've been training here since Nov. 2020.Nate was immediately responsive to give me a tour of the gym and help me get comfortable when I signed up. Ricky helped me out with his diet and meal planning expertise that I still use today. I train strength and conditioning 4x per week, 2 days by myself, 2 days I train with Travis. He has encyclopedic knowledge of human movement patterns and I cannot speak highly enough of his skills as a trainer. I've had significant increases in strength, can now add way more weight to the bar, and my overall health is at an all-time high.More recently I've started training Jiu-Jitsu with Avery. If you would have asked me 10 years ago if I thought I would be in the best shape of my life at 40 and taking up a martial art for fun, I would have laughed. Paul Kozak: I love the broad range of different exercises we do. It helps to make each session feel unique, even if we're going back to target the same muscle groups. While I still do workouts at home, I never seem to push myself to the same level that my FT trainer will push me. This obviously brings about a more complete and 'proper' workout where nothing is left 'on the table'. Lastly, I'll add that I feel much more comfortable pushing to the limits because my trainer is always watching my form, making sure I'm doing the exercise correctly each and every time to avoid injury and to maximize my results.

Daniel Rouse: I have been working with my trainer now for weeks and can honestly say, I made the right choice signing up for a training program! For the time I used to spend in the gym, I get just as much if not more of a workout in my 45 minutes sessions with Andy than I would 2 hours at the gym. He's taught me proper techniques, new exercises, and most of all just how to push myself. When I would tweek something, he'd work around it and not let me miss a session. I have seen decent gains, have more energy throughout the day, and feel all around better about myself. Peggy Kirkeeng: I have been seeing Erik Bork for about 6 years for tennis elbow, arthroscopic meniscus repair and now rotator cuff surgery rehab. I can’t say enough about his level of expertise, hands on approach and involvement with his clients! I’ve recommended Erik to several of my friends and they’ve all been extremely happy as well!I’ve also been training with Jeff Konczal, who is also excellent, knowledgeable and their team approach is very beneficial!

Simmy Ziv-el: I have been going to Integra and Erik Bork for well over a dozen years to guide my recovery from two knee replacements and other ailments. I am sure there are other good physical therapists but if you don't want to settle and want absolutely great, you cannot come close to Erik and the many therapists he has nurtured over the years. Their holistic and hands-on approach, both figuratively and literally, is in a class of its own. Couple that with the team of trainers led by Jeff Konczal and whatever state you were in when you walked into Integra, you will be walking out each and every time feeling significantly better in mind and body. What a top notch, classy place!

Shelly Johnson: Jeremiah is an excellent physical therapist. I had herniated disc surgery and was in excruciating and constant pain even after the surgery. My neurosurgeon referred me to Integra Physical Therapy. I believe that having physical therapy exercises to do was the reason for my recovery. Jeremiah was patient and listened to my needs and concerns. He gave me exercises to do that gradually strengthened my spine, core and legs. I am virtually pain free today and have resumed all daily activities in my life. I would highly recommend Jeremiah for physical therapy.

Matt Bromley: in October and was back to swinging a baseball bat full-speed in February. These two are not only phenomenal professionals, they are great people. This was the first big surgery and rehab for me and I am incredibly fortunate that I landed in their care.

doyle ward: The professionals at Integra Physical Therapy gave me my life back! After multiple back surgeries I had some work to do to get my back to close to normal. I did my due diligence and picked a physical therapy office I thought would work best for me. After months of therapy I was still miserable and uncomfortable with my progress. I had been doing everything I was supposed to and not making progress. After a brief conversation with my orthopedic doctor he got me in touch with Integra Physical Therapy. During my initial evaluation we set goals together and worked out a plan to meet those goals as a team. I did feel better initially but after a few months of therapy and revisiting the goals often; I finally feel great again. I believe it was the team effort and the constant revisiting of these goals that got me to where I feel better. They just have a different and caring way about getting you to cross that finish line. Thank you Integra Physical Therapy for getting me back to being myself!

He shared his assessment with Gordon, my trainer. Combined with my own goals and the information shared, Gordon created a plan and has helped be reach my goals in a relatively short time. He has been absolutely fantastic.Knowledgeable and friendly, Gordon has pushed me to reach my goals, and is now pushing me to add another goal. Something I definitely wasn't doing on my own.The facility itself is very clean, and everyone from the employees to the other clients are extremely friendly. There are smiling faces everywhere. A very nice locker room and mini "snack" area.

The pre-surgery therapy I received from him helped make the post-surgery therapy much easier. He dealt with other pt issues, for both my husband and me, in a similar professional and caring manner. I've been to many physical therapists over the last 40 years, and Erik is the best!

Deborah Alpert: I have been to many PT places, but never one as good as Integra. If something isn't right, they know how to fix it. They also know when they can't fix it and make appropriate recommendations. I am also going to use them for my husband for Personal Training. I have friends who rave about their expertise in this area. He has had an Achilles problem in the past after exercising. i know that they will show him how to exercise and avoid flaring that old problem up once again.

I not only get immediate relief from treatments, but long lasting relief because of the customized exercises prescribed for me. He did an assessment of my physical condition and, as a result, gave me a specific set of exercises to do designed to increase my strength and balance. He is so good at answering all of my questions, and as he demonstrates the exercises I video him while he also explains what he is doing. Then, I workout at home. This saves me a lot of time. I return about every six weeks to two months for a reassessment. Although I've always exercised, Robert has shown me so many things I didn't know that keep me feeling great!

Coming off an injury, there is no doubt that you will doubt your body, but when I got to school, Nick and I started to work on my mental game even more, to continue growing all aspects of my life. There might be a little bit of time working on technique in the beginning, but really the purpose of these places is to work up a sweat, breathe hard and bond with others over the shared hardship of your workout. You leave the gym pumped up with endorphins, and you truly feel like you accomplished something during that time. There’s nothing wrong with that model, but as a competitive Jiu Jitsu athlete, I wanted a training that would take me to the next level.When I first began working with Nick, I immediately appreciated his different approach to training. Nick emphasizes building strength from the inside-out in order to build functional movement patterns. In our first couple of sessions, we worked on proper breathing and posture, how to walk correctly and how to crawl. We spent a lot of time in the beginning by strengthening the core through various workouts and we hammered down the details of kettlebell techniques until they were close to functionally perfect. All of this was to build a solid foundation for more strength and more mobility.As our training progressed, I noticed that the strength work we did actually restored and gave back to my body rather than take away from my body. I left our sessions feeling rejuvenated and strong, not torn down and weak. This is important because it allowed me to train through grueling jiu jitsu sparring sessions later in the evenings without leaving my body hunched over, out of alignment and dragging my knuckles on the floor. I was exhausted, sure, but my body was intact and my movement patterns were still functional, which allowed me to avoid preventable injuries on the mats and recover quicker for the next session.Of course, I got stronger. With proper form, breath and mechanics, my numbers on the back squat and deadlifts shot up dramatically

Ewan McDevitt: I can personally say my experience working with Nick Lynch has been life changing. The perseverance and grit that I have built up over the past two summers that I have spent with him has really made me a better person physically, mentally, and emotionally. Originally I came to him seeking help for a hip impingement that had developed from years of playing hockey. My goal was to avoid surgery on my hip, but the end result was so much more than what I had ever expected. The amount of new relationships that I have made during his workouts and the therapeutic quality that he has when motivating me to do better helped me reach for greater things. His training made me noticeably stronger, not only in my hip but the rest of my body, and my play during the time I have spent working with him has improved dramatically.One idea that I have worked with Nick a lot on for my training is accountability. He holds me to the same expectations that he holds himself, including the amount of effort that I put into my workouts and keeping to a weekly schedule. He breaks my old habits as well, I used to favor my left hip over my right one. For example when I squat I would always favor my left side when going up, but now that I have worked to balance out both sides, I no longer have that problem.Last year I ended up not getting the opportunity that I wanted in my hockey career. I was devastated and Nick showed me how to deal with those emotions by presenting them center stage in my mind, accepting them, and moving on towards other goals. I learned that letting my feelings dwell in the back of my mind isn’t a mindset for improvement. Nick’s best interest for all of his clients is to learn how to accept failure and become better because of it. He is fully prepared to help with challenges that everyone is facing, big or small.The Superb Health gym is always an open space for whatever mindset I am in at the time. It’s the best workout place in MKE and I would recommend Superb Health to anyone, athlete or not.
