Jennifer Vollstedt: I started working with Katelyn this summer after years of not working out. I was previously athletic, but struggled to get back into fitness because I had unrealistic expectations and would get frustrated with myself and stop. I told Katelyn this during my intake and she’s really helped me make amazing progress and slowly eased in to pushing me harder without scaring me away!It’s so nice to go to the gym and workout HARD, but have a wonderful time because I get to spend and hour with a fantastic person.On top of all of that I had a very unstable shoulder from an old injury. I forgot, and Katelyn noticed right away on my consult and has really made a huge improvement on the strength and stability that’s I’ve been struggling with for a decade.I always look forward to my sessions with Katelyn and feel excited to go workout!

Paul Nowak: Step Above Training is true to its name. The big difference for me is that Dave truly customizes his workouts to your needs. Example - I was dragging one morning and he noticed my walk was different as I walked across the street from my car. He changed our leg workout on the fly so I could mobilise more and then changed the exercise so I would not be injured. Many places just throw the same standard workout at you with little thought or planning. Not the case here. One of the other trainers Eric can often be seen trying new exercises himself before his client gets in. Highly recommend checking it out if you are struggling to hit your goals.

Dave had been a thoughtful and careful planner in that recovery to meet my goals for gradual progress back to an active and fit lifestyle. Sessions are never the same and always adjusted for our longer term goal and any surprise condition I have that day. Through Dave’s guidance, I’ve shifted to a thoughtful, mindful view of movement, stamina, and strength that discards gym jock self judgement. I’ve watched trainers at other gyms and often don’t see the attentiveness and insight that Dave has shown me and others. From balanced overall body fitness to working around temporary injuries, Dave worked as a guide helping me stay surprisingly fit and active. Dave always has a plan. I’m 72 now. Dave will continue to be an important part of my goals for quality of life.

Everybody is welcome, regardless of experience level. I participate in HIIT classes weekly, and I never leave disappointed. They are challenging with a wide variety of exercises. I am studying to become a physical therapist, so I was really looking for someone who knew what they were doing. I definitely found that in Megan. Not only did I receive personalized attention from her and Eva during my free consultation, but I really felt like they were ready to support me in any way they could.Before I met Megan and Eva I dealt with 10 years of chronic pain that resulted from a long background of sports and poor posture and bad eating habits. I spent years working with various medical professionals and never saw any improvement...until I met Megan.Megan took my complicated situation and created such a personalized program that not only helped me correct my posture, but also helped me change my eating habits. Cathy Rossi: I've done some small group personalized training with Eva for over a year now and it's been great. She's able to tailor the workouts to your specific needs and scale them back or provide alternate exercises if you're sore or injured and can still get you a great workout. Her personality is positive and even-keeled so she's great to work with. I've done some occasional workout classes with Megan. Megan does a great job of keeping the energy level high in her classes and pushes you in a positive way to keep working hard. They both provide great instruction and get excited about helping you reach your goals. Definitely check them out!

I worked with a trainer, Damani, who was very respectful of my limitations, yet able to push me along. The owner, Nick, is kind, considerate, and responsive. Unfortunately, I've had to take a hiatus, but I hope to be back soon. If you're looking for a new gym, I definitely encourage you to try this one!

Makenzie Keith: Joining this gym was one of the best decisions I made for myself in 2023. I meet with my trainer two times a week. Sessions are enjoyable while still challenging. My trainer, Ben, is always encouraging and checks in throughout the week! The facility is clean and the equipment is in great condition. Bigger gyms always intimidated me but here at FitProMKE I have felt welcome since day one. Everyone always greets you with a smile on their face - even if it’s 6am on a Monday. Alex Feavel: Gym is clean and very adaptable for anyone to join. Age is just a number and all fitness levels fit in. Very family oriented gym where all feel welcome and are embraced from Day 1.Progress is possible if you stick to the plan.

Andy Feavel: I have always been a $10 a month club guy which usually means you get the bare minimum, the equipment isn't great, and you encounter interesting people whom you may not want to even be in the locker room with. My wife came across Peak and got us started on a weight loss challenge promotion they were having. We haven't stopped going since. While the price point is much higher than the $10, Ricky makes you feel like family from the moment you first step in the door. His personality is inviting, encouraging, and he knows his stuff. He makes you want to come back for more! Even with a bum shoulder I am able to participate and all the trainers are very supportive and have worked with my condition to make sure I am getting a solid workout in, but not injure myself in the mean time Additionally, the other members are all really great and supportive. It only took me a few sessions to feel comfortable and I recommend Peak to anyone looking for a more personal experience that pushes you to be the best you can be. It's been a game changer for me.

Hugh Malo: Fantastic gym and wonderful community of people. Every trainer and gym member I interact with is great. I've been training here since Nov. 2020.Nate was immediately responsive to give me a tour of the gym and help me get comfortable when I signed up. Ricky helped me out with his diet and meal planning expertise that I still use today. I train strength and conditioning 4x per week, 2 days by myself, 2 days I train with Travis. He has encyclopedic knowledge of human movement patterns and I cannot speak highly enough of his skills as a trainer. I've had significant increases in strength, can now add way more weight to the bar, and my overall health is at an all-time high.More recently I've started training Jiu-Jitsu with Avery. If you would have asked me 10 years ago if I thought I would be in the best shape of my life at 40 and taking up a martial art for fun, I would have laughed. Huge thanks to everyone at CoMotion for creating such an incredible environment for personal growth.

Kristi Davis: I have been a physical therapy patient at InVivo for various back issues for over a year now and I couldn't be more satisfied. I not only get immediate relief from treatments, but long lasting relief because of the customized exercises prescribed for me. The entire staff is friendly and the place is very pleasant.Recently I began working with Robert, a physical trainer. He did an assessment of my physical condition and, as a result, gave me a specific set of exercises to do designed to increase my strength and balance. He is so good at answering all of my questions, and as he demonstrates the exercises I video him while he also explains what he is doing. Then, I workout at home. This saves me a lot of time. I return about every six weeks to two months for a reassessment. Although I've always exercised, Robert has shown me so many things I didn't know that keep me feeling great!

Paul Kozak: I love the broad range of different exercises we do. It helps to make each session feel unique, even if we're going back to target the same muscle groups. While I still do workouts at home, I never seem to push myself to the same level that my FT trainer will push me. This obviously brings about a more complete and 'proper' workout where nothing is left 'on the table'. Lastly, I'll add that I feel much more comfortable pushing to the limits because my trainer is always watching my form, making sure I'm doing the exercise correctly each and every time to avoid injury and to maximize my results.

Never to a point of breaking me.I had taken a 5+ year hiatus from working out all together before coming to the realization that I need to do something NOW. I simply had no energy to do much of anything. FT appeared on my FaceBook feed and it piqued my interest. I visited the Brookfield facility and the rest is history. I started slow, not really looking forward to going to now, looking forward to my scheduled time every week. All good things happen for a reason.I feel healthy and strong and look forward to growing old feeling healthy and strong thanks to FitnessTogether and Mike, et al.If you are thinking about it, do it. Your body and mind will thank you!!!!

Daniel Rouse: I have been working with my trainer now for weeks and can honestly say, I made the right choice signing up for a training program! For the time I used to spend in the gym, I get just as much if not more of a workout in my 45 minutes sessions with Andy than I would 2 hours at the gym. He's taught me proper techniques, new exercises, and most of all just how to push myself. When I would tweek something, he'd work around it and not let me miss a session. I have seen decent gains, have more energy throughout the day, and feel all around better about myself. I have a feeling after my sessions are over and my family finally moves, I'll still make the drive to continue my training and surpass my goals!

Maggey Oplinger: I started working with Katie years ago after a back injury. She has done an incredible job of helping me prevent additional injury and working with me safely when trouble does arise. She keeps our workouts interesting, fun, and challenging! She always goes the extra mile, and makes me feel great about taking care of myself in a holistic way. She and Matt really influence each other, and bring the strengths of both into practice. I cannot recommend this gym highly enough.

Kyle Kleinbeck: I am working with Kreg on lower- and mid-back muscle pain. I connected with them for assisted stretching, massage, and guidance on movements/lifts that can support better posture and balance moving forward. This is the first time I've found a massage therapist and trainer in a single person under one roof who can provide a broader insight into how to address my aches and pains, and most importantly with a focus on longer term strength, mobility, and injury prevention. In this way, I feel like I'm getting far more education and self-empowerment to address my issues than I have received elsewhere with massage therapists who do not have the same breadth and knowledge that Kreg has. I will definitely be going back to continue to learn about my body, check in on my progress, and get some of the deeper stretches and massages that I can't seem to find anyplace else in the Milwaukee area.
