Rose Plewa: I’ve been attending Wild Boot Camps now for 1.5 years and it’s made such a positive impact on my life both mentally and physically. This is the longest I’ve successfully stuck with an exercise routine and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. The Wild community is so supportive and I find myself motivated to be accountable to the trainers and my peers. Wild boot camps are a judgement-free zone with knowledgeable, creative trainers that focus on form and safety. We have a new workout plan every class with a good balance of strength and cardio. Each class I can decide if I want to push myself or modify the exercise to meet me where I’m at. The studio is clean and has great equipment. I am so grateful to the Wild community!

Kate O'Keefe: Wild Workouts and Wellness has helped me achieve fitness goals I would have never thought possible ten years ago. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, and can tailor small group sessions to meet a diversity of client needs and skillsets. The community and coaches alike are incredibly supportive of and encouraging to one another. Very few things can get me up and out of bed at 5am three days per week. This is the top reason I do so!

But ABC Clinics have still managed to give compassionate care, that really is as easy as ABC!

Garth Badger: You need more than one person at your front desk. The sole person at the desk when I was there was there was on the phone and I waited and waited. I wanted to set a new appointment and after ten minutes I just left.

Lois Keating: I have been seeing Dr. Jim Winston for 35 years. I was having panic attacks 24 hrs. a day and couldn't leave the house. Within 3 weeks of seeing Jim and being on medication, the panic attacks were gone and I got my life back. Over the years, he's gotten to know me quite well, and I would trust him with my life. He has also treated my brother, my mother, and my niece.Update...it is now April of 2024. Three weeks ago, I was so depressed I was crying. I contacted Jim and he suggested I undergo TMS therapy. So, I started TMS therapy on 4/2, and 15 days later I'm feeling better! I'm not where I'd like to be yet, but I'm not down in the doldrums like I was. Don't know what I'd do without Jim and ABC Clinics.

Courtney Fredericks: My 10 year old son has trained here for just under a year. He started out new to it all and has quickly gained more confidence and made friends with a ton of kids on the fight team. The coaches are amazing, they truly care about their fighters/students. My 16 year old daughter and I started training with the adults the staff and coaches treat everyone as equals, they expect you to work hard and encourage you to be the best you can be. We are there so much that it is basically our second home and the coaches and staff feel like extended family.It is a great place to help teach kids and adults self discipline, respect and self defense. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

Cameo Perdue: . Don’t expect a father, although they can give fatherly guidance. Don’t expect a movie-like coach experience, although I’ve seen them help people live a movie. It’s really up to you what you make the experience. The fight business ain’t pretty but they prepare you for it. Depending on what you want to achieve, they will provide value in the appropriate manner. But they WILL hold you accountable. Duke is in many ways a principled man, a man’s man, and none of us are perfect but because he strives for excellence, he will demand it from you too. If you are a casual visitor looking to be active and get in shape or learn to defend yourself, this will be a great experience for you. If you are an aspiring fighter, expect to WORK. If you take it easy, things will become hard, but if you go hard, things will become easy. When you choose to become a fighter, you are making a decision to become a stand-alone business, the stakes change. Nothing was ever achieved without adversity, so he will forge you through the fire, don’t expect to know how and don’t expect to be coddled. Just expect to EARN your keep, expect value in elite fight knowledge, character building and wisdom as a cherry on top. Erik Frederiksen: I moved from California and checked out every CrossFit Box in the area. Badger is the best, don’t waste your money anywhere else.

Kathy Lake: I am still in the onboarding process so my experience is limited. Correct form and not getting injured are big priorities for me and I can see that these are also priorities for the instructors. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. I think this is going to be a good addition to the Y classes that I take.

This allowed us to create more leadership opportunities in every department.-As we grew, we created “pods” in each department, overseen by team leads.-Our 2019 focus is on leadership development and continuous training. We want to harness the talents of our team members and help them forge a career path with InCheck!The SPEARity app has been instrumental in my personal and professional growth. While I’m very organized, I struggled to find the best way to track my daily, weekly, and quarterly tasks. To be honest, I only tracked my daily to do’s without focusing on goals, which essentially meant my goals were very abstract, and not always achievable. Our quarterly meetings hold me accountable to goal setting, and the app keeps me on track. I know that when I SPEAR every day, I’ll crush my goals – even when I’m having an off day!Thank you, Darren and SPEARity for everything you’ve done for our organization, our leaders, and for me.
